Wayne has 30 years experience in the energy conservation field. He specializes in LEED Consulting, Building Commissioning, and developing energy cost reduction programs. Mr. Robertson is a LEED AP accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council since 2001, Co-Chair of the Atlanta American Institute of Architect’s Committee on the Environment and an officer in the Southeastern Energy Society and the Georgia Energy Services Coalition. Former Chair of ASHRAE Technical Committee that writes the rules for Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA).

He has 25+ years experience in energy consulting; energy studies, performance contracting, facility condition assessments and engineering retrofit design. He is nationally recognized speaker and writer on energy subjects. 19 years with Heery International as Director of Energy Engineering.
